GATE ACCESS: Your gate code activates the keypad control in the left lane. The right lane requires an automatic gate opener. At times, staff may direct you to the right lane, and through the open gate.

GUESTS: All guests must register at the office and display a valid guest pass. The registered owner or authorized renter is responsible for all guests. Maximum of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) occupants per lot. Additional charge per person per day of $3.00 for over 4 people on site.

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in all Park buildings. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly – no littering.

ALCOHOL: Responsible alcohol use is restricted to those people 21 years of age and over. No alcohol will be served at any Park function, although participants may bring their own refreshments.

SPEED LIMITS: The speed limit is 10 miles per hour for ALL vehicles (golf carts and bikes included).

VEHICLES: Loud vehicles of any type are strictly prohibited. ATV and four wheelers allowed only while on trailers. Golf Carts require permanent head and tail lights after dark. All drivers must be licensed, and stay on paved roads.

BICYCLES: It is highly recommended that riders wear helmets and use head lights and tail lights after dark.

NOISE: Please respect your neighbors by keeping all noise at your site at a low level. Noise that can be heard beyond the boundary of your site is often disturbing to your fellow RVer’s.

REPAIRS: Absolutely no visible repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles, outboard motors, building, rebuilding nor permanent or long-term storage of boats and boat trailers is permitted on any site. 

NUISANCES: No one should become a source of annoyance which interferes with anyone’s peaceful enjoyment of their site or the park.

PARKING: Only one (1) RV and two (2) additional motor vehicles (auto or truck) and one (1) trailer (boat, motorcycle, utility, or enclosed utility) is allowed on any one site. No extra tents other than screen rooms which may not be used as sleeping quarters. NO PARKING on unoccupied lots. 

SITE CONDITION: NO TENT CAMPING. Leveler pads must be used on paved sites to prevent damage. Renters will be charged for all damages caused. Sites should be neat and clean at all times. NO outside refrigerators, freezers, or clothes lines. Management reserves the right to determine appropriateness of all outdoor items. No commercial activities allowed on your site or any other area of the park. Be courteous and do not cut through or walk on other sites.

PETS: Maximum two (2) pets per site. No Pit bull, Rottweiler, or Doberman. While outside, all pets must be leashed, and accompanied by a person responsible for pet waste at all times. Noisy, vicious or unaccompanied animals will be removed from the park, and renter evicted immediately – no exceptions. NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING OR THE POOL AREA.

FACILITIES: Swimming Pool use is restricted to owners, renters, and registered guests only. Spa is reserved for those over 16 years old. No glass containers allowed. There is NO LIFEGUARD – USE POOL AND SPA AT YOUR OWN RISK. All users must observe posted Safety Rules and Open Hours. Absolutely No Diapers allowed – ‘Swimmies’ required. Clubhouse use is restricted to owners, renters, and registered guests. Violators will be removed. Kitchen access restricted to authorized personnel only.

CHILDREN: Children may only use the pool and facilities when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their actions at all times. Curfew for ‘under 18’s’ is 10:00pm, unless accompanied by a parent.

MAIL AND MESSAGES: Mail service is not available in the Park. All mail will be returned to sender. We cannot provide mail forwarding service – contact the Crystal River Post Office at 352-795-2030 or Pack’n Post at 352-795-1085 or The UPS Store at 352-341-2020. We cannot accept packages on your behalf – please make other arrangements.

NOTE: The Rock Crusher fishing lake, pavilion, cliffs, dirt trails and former vehicle wash area are no longer part of the Park property. Visiting these areas constitutes trespassing.

ACTIVITIES: Activities and facilities are open to all, subject to availability. Check the Activities Board in the Clubhouse for sign up sheets, and upcoming events. The Gate House has a list of local golf courses, and other fun things to do.

CABLE TV: Cable is provided to your pedestal. TV listings are included in your check in package.

TRASH: All trash is to be placed inside dumpsters located throughout the Park. No pick up service.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Available in each bathhouse and the clubhouse. Quarters available in the gatehouse.

RV WASHING: There is a wash station located next to Lot 177 in the Park.

Wi-Fi: Wireless internet service is available at the Clubhouse and most of the Park. Due to the tree cover and reflection off of RV’s we can not guarantee coverage to all lots.

Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park assumes no liability for accidents, injuries or loss or damage from any cause.

Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the safety and security of the Park, or for disobeying the Rules and Regulations of the Park.  If your have any questions, please come to the office. We are here to help you enjoy your visit.
